An Ohio-based singer-songwriter with a flair for psychedelic pop, M Ross Perkins conjures swirling sounds, dreamy vocals, and melodic hooks. Recording primarily in his home, Perkins’s music has been hailed by critics as “warm pop bliss...a perfect pastiche of ‘60s psychedelia and orchestral pop.” Perkins will bring his lush, bouncy, and harmonic tunes to Tippapalooza for a headline slot with his full band.
